Program in C to convert a decimal number to Hexadecimal

               Hi friends, this is a very simple program where you can convert any decimal number to its hexadecimal or you may say its Hex counterpart. The simple difference between a decimal number and the Hexadecimal number is that the radix(base) of the former is 10 while that of the latter is 16.
               I've done this program in Linux platform. You can do it in any software or OS. Here it goes...
